So, an old friend of mine from Walnut hockey died today. I didn’t really know him that well outside of hockey, but I knew about his exploits from friends who knew him well. He died in a car crash coming back from Bonnaroo. Apparently they got caught in a storm, slid off the road, and crashed into something. According to the account I heard, he was the only one to get killed. So sad. He was a good guy. RIP John Dankenbring.
